The role of AI
Artificial intelligence is used within the Persona platform as an enabling technology that helps scale analysis, comparison, interpretation and recommendation processes. However, the foundation of the system is not AI itself. It is Persona’s proprietary psychometric measurement framework, scoring models, behavioral interpretation logic and contextual analysis architecture.
