Founded in 2016, after ten years of experience in Education, Career, Human Resources and Emotional Stability and Personality/Temperament Relations, Persona Analytics is ready to empower individuals and institutions to create a compelling and well-matched workforce where everyone knows and loves what they are working on.

Hence, Persona Analytics, in cooperation with five universities, has developed two evaluation tests whose reliability and validity studies have also been completed by these universities.
